Went to the navy open house by the last few buses. The queue in the morning/early afternoon was insane!!! It was from the entrance of expo to hall 3 and there was still a queue in hall 3! When I went the queue was only half of the hall. Why the hell are there so many people there?!?! There were some of David’s mstd and commissioning parade pictures all over the hall where the bus queue was at, so cool to have a friend on the banners. At the naval base, the crowd was such a turn off, we left after awhile. And when we left, the bus queue was worse… Gosh. I didn’t know so many people were so enthusiastic about the navy… I didn’t even board any frigates cause the wait was 60 minutes! And that was the main reason I was there… To look inside the frigates… I’ve always been fascinated by the things the navy does and the warships (yes, I thought of signing on many times) and today was a disappointment but at least I had good company!

Just got home from a staycation at RWS and my energy is drained to 5%. But it was fun walking around RWS at 2AM, everything seems so eerie. I’d do that again. The aquarium was awesome. we spent 2 hours in there looking at all the tanks and checking the sea creatures out. some are just too cute! Highly likely to be going to the navy open house tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be able to stay awake, play with the weapons (rifle!!!) and meet some friends! Haven’t been to changi naval base in a year, time really flies!
